Our family started to the food industry with a confectionery in 1940, and 1955 with the name of Manolya Bakery in Manisa, we open our first bakery/ pastry shop. Until 1997 in various districts of Istanbul, our company runs its bakery / pastry operations. Our company now, with the 3250 m2 of production area provide services all around Turkey.
