Silk Towers | A New Cultural and Lifestyle Landmark on the Black Sea
Silk Towers is a visionary mixed-use development rising between the Black Sea and the historic heart of Batumi. Designed by world-renowned architect Kengo Kuma, this 6-hectare urban masterpiece brings together bold architecture, elevated living, and a vibrant cultural vision for the Caucasus and beyond.
The complex features luxury residences, a high-end hotel, a world-class casino, a prestigious yacht club, curated retail spaces, event venues, wellness facilities, and a 2-hectare public park — a gift from the developer to the city of Batumi.
Silk Towers is more than a destination — it is a hub for global creatives, investors, and visionaries. Whether you seek lifestyle, culture, or opportunity, this is where the next chapter of Batumi begins.
