Overview
Founded in 2016, SILCAP is a Türkiye-based OEM silicone manufacturer specializing in HTV compression molding and silicone extrusion.
We manufacture customer-specific compression-molded HTV silicone parts and extruded HTV silicone profiles according to drawings, samples, material requirements, application conditions, target quantities, and documentation needs.
Our manufacturing scope includes gaskets, seals, O-rings, caps, plugs, membranes, mats, profiles, strips, cords, tubes, hoses, and other custom silicone components for industrial, technical, automotive, home-appliance, HVAC, kitchenware, babycare, and private-label projects.
Each project is reviewed individually for material requirements, Shore A hardness, color, dimensions, tolerances, tooling or die requirements, packaging, labeling, and testing or documentation needs.
Available raw-material reports and product-specific testing requirements are evaluated according to the selected material, product design, manufacturing process, application, and destination market.
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018. Customer-complaint handling and risk-management practices are guided by the principles of ISO 10002:2018 and ISO 31000:2018.
