Overview
Herkes İçin Sağlık Altyapısının Güçlendirilmesi (SHIFA) Projesi, göçmenler, ikincil koruma altındaki kişiler ve Türkiye genelindeki ev sahibi topluluklar için sağlık hizmetlerine erişimi iyileştirmeyi amaçlayan, Avrupa Birliği tarafından finanse edilen 140 milyon avroluk bir girişimdir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından, Avrupa Konseyi Kalkınma Bankası (CEB) desteğiyle yürütülen Proje, 2027 yılı sonuna kadar, Türkiye genelinde 80 sağlık merkezinin ve 110 hastane temelli fizik tedavi biriminin inşasını veya yenilenmesini, ayrıca tıbbi ekipman sağlanmasını hedeflemektedir.
The Strengthening Health Infrastructure for All (SHIFA) Project is a €140 million European Union-funded initiative to improve healthcare access for refugees, persons under subsidiary protection, and host communities across Türkiye. The Project – which is implemented by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye with support from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) – aims to construct or renovate up to 80 health centres and up to 110 hospital-based physical therapy units, in addition to providing medical equipment across Türkiye by end-2027.
