At our Ercan Baba Farm, we employ state-of-the-art methods to produce premium olive oil, wheat, and an array of other nature-positive food products. Our commitment to quality extends from seed to harvest, ensuring each product meets the highest standards of excellence.

Sevilma Olive Oil

The olive groves where Sevilma is produced are more than just agricultural fields; they are olive pastures that function as Mediterranean forest ecosystems. Food production in these olive groves has been continuing in harmony with nature and climate for thousands of years.

Sevilma converts different Anatolian olive varieties, each with different flavors, into olive oil without mixing them together. Production is carried out in our modern olive oil mill with a cold pressing continuous system.
