Setpoint Solutions Ltd

Setpoint Solutions is New Zealand's most experienced independent building automation, energy management and systems integration specialist. Three offices — Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin — and 35 years of work behind us across hospitals, universities, councils, sports facilities, art galleries, data centres and commercial high-rises.

We are vendor-neutral by design, not by accident. Our partnerships with Siemens, Copper Tree Analytics, TROX and Condair mean we can recommend the right system for your building, not the only system we sell. For specifiers, consultants and energy managers who are tired of single-vendor pitches, that matters.

Recent work includes:

• Parakiore Recreation and Sports Centre

• Wakefield Hospital, Wellington - full BMS refit during operational continuity

• University of Otago - sustainable infrastructure across a working campus

• Christchurch Art Gallery - humidity precision for irreplaceable collections

We design, install, integrate and maintain the systems that make buildings perform — and we do it with a focus on energy reduction and environmental outcomes that goes beyond the meter. Our partnership with the Department of Conservation supporting the Jeweled Gecko reflects how we think about sustainability: it has to be real, and it has to be local.

If you are scoping your next BMS project — whether that is a new build, a retrofit, a controls upgrade, or a service contract — we would welcome the conversation.
