Servus® Cleaning

We started in 1989 as MEM Services Ltd., operating two vans and focusing on carpet cleaning and janitorial work. In 2024, we rebranded as Servus®, evolving into a single-source specialty cleaning and janitorial management company with over 25 service vehicles and 80 team members across the region.

Our purpose is simple — we "clean, maintain, and enhance" buildings using skilled people, specialized tools, and innovative products that solve real problems. From gutter maintenance programs with unlimited service calls, to floor care programs with ongoing spot cleaning, to soft wash roof treatments backed by a three-year moss-free warranty, everything we do is designed to make property care easier and more reliable.

Servus has also expanded through licensed partners, including "Servus Junk Removal" and "Servus Painting & Coatings." Each operates the Servus way — leveraging shared systems and safety standards.

Community Support – Charitable Mission

“Clean Living Spaces for Those in Need”

We are committed to providing clean living spaces for those in need through ongoing donations of specialty cleaning services. Our team focuses on creating better homes for non-profits, individuals, and families, engaging with the community and supporting them in their struggles. A notable example is our floor care program at Ronald McDonald House, which has been active for over 10 years.
