1974 yılında Şehmus Kaya Müteahitlik olarak kurulan SERTKA 1983 yılında şirketleşerek Türkiye’nin lokomotif sektörü olan inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren öncü firmalardan biridir. Bugüne kadar önemli projelere imza atan SERTKA, konusunda hakim ve uzman kadrosuyla birlikte bir çok projeye titizlikle devam etmektedir.
Grup şirketlerinin katılımıyla SERTKA GRUP 10 şirketli yapısı ile sürekli gelişmekte ve büyümektedir.
Kuruluşundan bugüne dek, yurtiçinde özel binalar, altyapılar, üstyapılar olmak üzere toplamda 3.000.000 m2 den fazla yaşam alanı inşa etmiştir.
