Also, in association with local and international partners, S & P Law Office presents clients with investment opportunities in real estate projects, commercial and industrial projects, mining and energy projects, and also conducts negotiation on behalf of investors with project owners. We provide the contractual framework to finalize acquisitions and company consolidations, or structure joint ventures to close up such deals.

Selim Serbes, Esq. graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty in 2006. He started his career at an international law firm in Istanbul, then worked as a legal counsel at a prominent bank, and finally decided to establish S & P Law Office to provide its clients with legal services at international standards. Mr. Serbes has obtained master’s degrees from Galatasaray University in Law of Economics, and from The University of Texas School of Law with a concentration in contracts, energy, and international commercial arbitration. He has been a member of the Istanbul Bar Association since 2007 and the New York Bar Association since 2015.
