Overview
Ev, otel ve hastane tekstilinde Türkiye genelinde gerek kalitesi gerekse kapasitesiyle kendine önemli bir yer edinen Seral Tekstil, 2016 sonu itibariyle istihdamını 300 kişiye çıkartarak, 2017 Haziran ayında faaliyete geçen ikinci fabrikasıyla elyaf üretim ve işleme makinalarını baştan aşağıya yenilemiş bulunmaktadır.
2020 itibari ile istihdam sayımızı 450 kişiye çıkartarak , toplamda 30 bin metrekare kapalı alanda üretim ve ihracat faaliyetlerimize devam etmekteyiz.
2024 yılına gelindiğinde, çalışan sayımız 650'yi aşmış olup, büyüme yolculuğumuzda yeni adımlar atmaya devam ediyoruz. Yenilikçi ve kalite odaklı üretim anlayışımızla, küresel pazardaki varlığımızı daha da güçlendiriyoruz.
Sürdürülebilirlik, inovasyon, kadınların çalışma hayatına daha fazla katılımı ve toplumsal duyarlılık konuları önceliğimiz olmaya devam edecektir.
