Sensi Casa Design Studio

Sensi Casa is a Miami based luxury interior design studio redefining the way people experience and move into their homes.

As Miami continues to experience one of the largest population booms in the United States, many homeowners are facing a frustrating reality: waiting years for their homes to be fully furnished and completed. Too often, families move into beautiful properties that still feel unfinished, living in spaces without warmth, personality, or soul while their design dreams remain on hold.

At Sensi Casa, we believe feeling at home is not something you postpone for the future. It is something you create and experience today. Our mission is to help clients live in their dream homes in record time without compromising luxury, quality, or personalization.

Sensi Casa is far more than a traditional interior design firm. In addition to luxury residential interior design, the firm specializes in high end home staging, furniture procurement, turnkey furnishing solutions, furniture rental, and the development of fully customized luxury turnkey homes. The company has also become known for transforming spec homes into true designer homes, helping developers elevate their projects and maximize market appeal.

Founded and led by Chiara Sensi-Contugi and Diego Guarderas, Sensi Casa combines sophisticated European inspired aesthetics with strong business execution and project management. Chiara’s background and studies in interior design, paired with Diego’s entrepreneurial and development expertise, have positioned Sensi Casa as one of Miami’s emerging luxury design firms. As partners in both life and business, they bring their Italian and latin heritage, passion for timeless design, and attention to detail into every project they touch.

From Pinecrest to Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Fisher Island, Palm Island, and beyond, Sensi Casa has become recognized for delivering highly personalized homes that feel elegant, warm, functional, and truly livable.
