Semtex Limited was established in 2015 by Matthew and Hayley Nieper on firm foundations of innovation & quality service. Based in Palmerston North, the Semtex team has over 200 years combined industry experience in plumbing, gas, drainage, pipe relining & civil pipelaying.

As well as serving the Manawatu region, we also work New Zealand wide for a number of key commercial clients for specialist contract services.

Semtex core service is commercial/civil project contracting. Aswell as commercial & residential maintenance solutions.
