Launched in 2025 as a Lloyd’s Coverholder and MGA, Scious Underwriting was created with one purpose: to build a truly hyper-focused underwriting platform dedicated to Medical Malpractice and Healthcare.
In a market crowded with “specialist” MGAs and generic offerings, Scious stands apart by designing and launching bespoke products and solutions — backed by Lloyd’s capacity — that meet the evolving needs of healthcare risks.
As part of Superian Insurance Group, Scious was established as a side-car MGA to serve our broker partners with clarity, focus, and dedicated expertise in Medical Malpractice and Healthcare underwriting.
