Scanlans Property Management

Scanlans Property Management is an established residential managing agent delivering block and estate management services across the North and Midlands.

Operating from offices in Manchester and Birmingham, the business manages a large and varied portfolio of developments, working with Resident Management Companies, freeholders and developers. From smaller residential blocks through to large, complex schemes, the focus is on delivering a consistent, well-organised service that ensures properties are efficiently managed and maintained to a high standard.
