Sanford Rose Associates® - Kempf Group

Sanford Rose Associates® - Kempf Group has the process, tools, and dedication to insure our clients make the right hiring decisions. Our credo is “Finding People Who Make a Difference®“. However, finding the talent is only one part of what we do. We are not interested in transactional relationships with our clients. We seek clients who value a strategic partner who will take the time to understand their organization and business challenges. With the cost of a bad hire estimated at 15 times the person’s salary, our clients simply can’t afford mistakes.

For our Candidates, we are involved in the hiring process from determining what your search goal are and matching those with great companies. We are with you from presenting you to the employer, scheduling interviews, fully preparing you for interviews and keeping you informed of your status. If we present you, it's because you are qualified, not because we want to load up an employer with resumes. We present the offer to you, answer questions and get you on board as quickly as possible. We focus on assuring it is a great fit as we warrant that you will be there for the long term.

Our Clients are impressed with us due to the quality of candidate we present and our Candidates are appreciative of how we get them prepared for interviews and keep them informed.

It's the only way to do business!
