Samuels Donegan

We’re Samuels Donegan, a specialist HR recruitment agency connecting exceptional HR talent with organisations across Australia.

HR is all we do.

We were proud to be named Victoria’s Best HR Recruitment Agency at the 2025 Sourcr Awards, recognition of the reputation we’ve built within the HR community.

From emerging HR talent through to executive People leadership, permanent hires to On Demand Talent, we recruit across the full breadth of the HR profession.

But for us, great recruitment has never just been about filling jobs.

We’ve built Samuels Donegan around relationships, community and a genuine understanding of the HR profession. That means knowing who’s moving, what talent is looking for, what organisations are experiencing and what’s really happening in the market.

We recruit across People & Culture, HR Business Partnering, Employee & Workplace Relations, Talent, Organisational Development, Learning, Reward, People Analytics and executive HR leadership.

Our clients come to us for exceptional talent, honest conversations and genuine market intelligence. Our candidates come to us because they know they’ll be treated like people, not transactions.

It’s what we mean by Hiring Talent the Human Way.

Whether you’re hiring, thinking about your next career move, or simply want to stay connected to the HR market, we’d love to hear from you.
