Established in 1965, Samsunspor is a football club with a proud heritage and a history of remarkable achievements. Samsunspor is the only club in Türkiye to feature Mustafa Kemal Atatürk in its crest, proudly embracing Atatürk’s principles and values as a core part of its identity.

In recent years, the club has adopted a modern, professional management model following its transition to a corporate structure. After Yüksel Yıldırım acquired full ownership of the club in 2018, Samsunspor has made significant strides both on and off the pitch.

Most recently, Samsunspor secured a 3rd place finish in the Turkish Süper Lig, qualifying for UEFA European competitions for the upcoming season — marking a historic milestone in its journey.
