Autoclave-free glass lamination

Our autoclave-free PVB/EVA glass laminating lines eliminate the need for a conventional high-pressure autoclave, avoiding the operating risks associated with that additional step. High automation, simple operation and low sensitivity to ambient humidity make production easier to manage, with less demanding factory conditions.

Fast processing enables batch cycles as short as a few minutes, depending on glass dimensions, thickness, interlayer and processing requirements. With no separate autoclave and fewer auxiliary systems required, the lines also help reduce initial investment and simplify installation.
