Nous traitons toutes les demandes clients et offrons une prestation globale Mouleur/Mouliste.
Parc machines de 18 presses à injecter allant de 6T (micro pièce) à 220T pour la fabrication des pièces techniques et autres.
Un nouveau bâtiment depuis 2025 dédié au domaine du Médical et Pharmaceutique avec possibilité de mouler sous environnement contrôlé ISO8 avec 3 presses dédiées.
Nous fabriquons de pièces techniques (IT +/- 0,02) et utilisons des matières techniques (PPS, PSU, PC, PA, ULTEM…) mais également des matières chargées, recyclées ou de commodité.
Nous produisons pour nos clients quelques milliers de pièces/an (moule 1 empreinte) jusqu'à plus d'1 million de pièces/jour (moule 64 empreintes).
