RS Latvia

RS Latvia is the Global Business Services centre for RS Group — one of the world’s largest distributors of electronics and industrial components, listed on the London Stock Exchange and operating in over 30 countries.

Based in Riga, our centre is home to ~200 professionals delivering financial services and customer operations across RS Group’s global business. We are a key part of how RS Group runs — and we are growing.

We are building something meaningful here. Not just a back-office function, but a centre of expertise that will expand in both scope and scale — becoming a truly multifunctional, global operation. That means real opportunities: to grow in your role, to move into new areas, to lead — and to be part of an industry being transformed by technology and AI.

If you are looking for a place where your work has global impact, where the organisation is big enough to offer stability but agile enough to move fast, and where your career can genuinely develop — we’d like to connect.
