Roo

Roo is the largest veterinary relief network in the U.S. — and the first-of-its-kind platform built to transform the way relief work gets done. We connect veterinarians, vet techs, and animal hospitals through a modern, easy-to-use platform that puts control and flexibility back in their hands.

We started Roo to solve a growing problem: veterinary professionals stretched to their limits and hospitals struggling to fill critical staffing gaps. Burnout, turnover, and overbooked schedules were hurting care teams and the pets they serve. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it.

With Roo, hospitals get fast access to a nationwide network of licensed vets and techs for relief coverage and recruitment, helping them reduce wait times, expand appointment availability, and support their teams — all without the overhead of traditional staffing solutions. Post shifts anytime, see transparent pricing before you commit, and choose who works at your hospital every time.

For veterinary professionals, Roo means freedom. Set your schedule, choose where you work, and get paid quickly — all while earning more per hour than traditional roles and exploring clinics that match your values. Whether you're looking to regain work-life balance, supplement your income, or discover your next full-time home, Roo helps you get there.

We're not just making relief work easier — we’re making veterinary careers more sustainable. By combining technology with a deep respect for the people behind the medicine, Roo is reimagining how staffing works — for the better.

Say yes to more pets. Say yes to more balance. Say yes to Roo.
