We help customers minimize the risks associated with custom springs — from feasibility studies and validation to stable serial production and reliable deliveries with full traceability.

Ronet is a Polish manufacturer of technical springs and wire forms, operating since 1989. We support industrial and OEM customers from prototypes, samples, validation and PPAP through to serial production. We respond flexibly to changing requirements, short production runs and urgent demands.

We manufacture compression, extension and torsion springs, spring tines and teeth, wire forms, and custom-designed components based on customer documentation, using wire and bar stock ranging from 0.3 to 20 mm in diameter.

We primarily use European spring wire according to EN 10270-1, -2 and -3, including SiCrV grades, as well as stainless spring wire according to EN ISO 6931-1. We also process round and square bars, including S235JR, S355J2, C45 and C55 steels.

Our capabilities include heat treatment, presetting, shot peening, grinding, zinc and zinc-flake coatings such as GEOMET® and MAGNI®, as well as powder coating.

Ronet's quality management system is certified according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Our in-house laboratory, measurement and testing capabilities support process stability and consistent product performance. We also apply AIAG and VDA methodologies beyond automotive whenever they provide value to our customers.

We serve customers across automotive, agriculture, heavy-duty equipment, hydraulics, intralogistics and industrial machinery.

Over the past five years, customer PPM has remained below 50 and OTIF above 99%, resulting in fewer complaints, fewer supply disruptions and more time for customers to focus on their core business.
