Founded in 2003 by Scott Ritter and Stephen Maher, RMA has grown into a multidisciplinary architectural practice with more than five million square feet of completed design work. The firm provides comprehensive architectural services including planning, programming, site assessment, existing facility analysis, design development, construction documentation, interior design, and construction administration. Our experience spans both new construction and renovation projects, with a focus on creating environments that serve the long-term needs of the people and communities that use them.
