Rikoukei Labs

Rikoukei Labs is currently focused on Concourser, which is an intelligent campus operations an automation platform for departments, academies, colleges and residential programs that need to manage attendance, meals, transactions, reporting and other repetitive unavoidable regular manual concerns.

Concourser connects role-specific applications for students, teachers and storefront staff with administrative and storefront manager dashboards. The platform has been used in a live faculty deployment at a university ranked global top 50 for impact and top 100 otherwise since February 2026, supporting hundreds of users across recurring operational workflows and saving tens of thousands of dollars so far.

Before Concourser, our team developed a privacy-preserving machine-learning research system for data-scarce marine and bioscience projects. That earlier R&D demonstrated our capabilities in applied AI, distributed systems and scientific software. It is not our present primary focus, as we concentrate the company resources on Concourser because it has active institutional usage and a clearer path to repeatable deployment.

We are initially working with campuses and programs that need a lightweight, upgradable, scalable and reliable alternative to disconnected spreadsheets and heavyweight institution-wide ERP systems.
