Reyhan Pekdiker 1985 yılında İstanbul Pendik’te 23 yaşında 15 çalışanıyla ilk atölyesini kurmuştur. 1997 yılında Bartın’a yerleşerek Reymer Tekstil’in temellerini atmıştır. Yarım asırlık iş tecrübesinde kadın iç giyim, gömlek, tişört, elbise, tayt, kazak gibi farklı ürün tipleri ile çalışmıştır ve edinmiş olduğu tüm mesleki birikimi çalışanlarına aktarmak adına zamanının büyük bir çoğunluğunu üretim sahasında geçirmeyi, işini en iyi şekilde yapmayı ve gelişime açık kalmayı ilke edinmiştir.
