Reterra Estate

Who are we?

We are relatable, but we never blend in with the crowd. With each new home, office, backyard, factory, property, and project, we create a new chapter.

Of building a better future and creating environments that are whole and valuable, today and years to come.

We do great things, but we are never grandiose about them. We look at the bigger picture, while paying attention to even the tiniest of details.

We do not complicate things, but we enjoy complicated challenges. Yes, we are experienced, but we know there is always more to learn.

We have a fresh perspective.

We embrace open minds.

We embrace the new.

Reterra – Embracing the new

Reterra Estate OÜ is an Estonian real estate development and investment company. Our main investments are aimed at commercial real estate and residential real estate development projects in Tallinn, Tartu, and Riga.

In commercial real estate, the emphasis is on office spaces, but the share of retail and service spaces in our development projects is increasing. We have great competence in providing custom solutions for IT, start-up, and telecom companies in their development projects.

In residential development projects, we mainly focus on apartment buildings, where we emphasise excellent architectural solutions, involving only top architectural firms, and creating the proper value for money with a strong market value and buyer’s interest.

Reterra’s extensive real estate portfolio includes nearly 70,000 m² of commercial rental space, and over 700 apartments have been completed in Tallinn, Tartu, and Riga.
