Renewable Advisors (RA) is an independent advisory firm financing the energy transition — and the power infrastructure behind the AI buildout.

For two decades we've structured capital for clean energy and sustainability. Today that work spans five pillars:

• Energy Transition — impact investment banking, M&A, and private placements of equity and debt for clean technology and renewable energy.

• GP Advisory — placement-agent services helping general partners raise third-party capital across our institutional and family-office network.

• Sustainable Infrastructure — project finance and structuring for utilities, IPPs, developers, and lenders across solar, wind, storage, grid, and electrified transport.

• Co-Invest — dedicated SPVs investing pari passu (typically 1–10% of an allocation) alongside best-in-class GPs, giving family offices direct, fee-efficient access to individual deals.

• AI Power Infrastructure — advising and financing the power behind data centers and AI; we structure capital for developers and projects and raise SPVs to co-invest alongside them.
