Regency Development Group

Regency Development Group is a privately held real estate development firm with offices in South Florida and Chicago. Founded in 2003, the firm has spent more than two decades developing thoughtfully designed residential and mixed-use communities that add long-term value to their neighborhoods.

Regency manages the full development lifecycle—from site acquisition to design, construction, and sales—bringing a vertically integrated approach to every project. Our portfolio includes waterfront condominiums, modern townhome communities, and large-scale master-planned developments, each built with a focus on quality, design, and livability.

Whether developing boutique buildings or transformative neighborhood projects, Regency is committed to creating distinctive places that stand the test of time.
