Reform; uzman doktorlar, diyetisyenler ve diğer uzmanlardan kilo vermeye yönelik entegre tele-sağlık hizmetlerine ulaşmayı sağlayan dijital kilo verme kliniği platformudur.

Reform’da üyeler için beslenme, uzman doktor görüşüne göre reçeteye erişim, egzersiz, uyku, sosyal destek, duygusal sağlık ve günlük alışkanlardan oluşan kişisel programlar uzmanlar tarafından oluşturulur ve takip edilir. Her program üyenin ihtiyaçlarına göre tasarlanıp, sağlıklı ve kalıcı kilo vermeyi amaçlar.

Toplumumuzda obezite ve yüksek kilonun yaygınlığı alarm verici şekilde yükseliyor. Mevcut kilo verme yöntemlerinin çoğu etkisiz olup, dar ve güncel olmayan yaklaşımlar üzerinde kurulu. Reform’da kilo vermenin daha az yemek ve daha çok hareket etmekten daha karmaşık olduğu ve irade dışında farklı boyutlar ile ele alınması gerektiği inancıyla, modern yaklaşımlar sunulur. Hedefimiz toplumun sağlıklı yaşamına destek olmak için kanıta dayalı kilo verme sağlık hizmetlerini daha erişilebilir şekilde sunmaktır.

At Reform, we provide personalized programs for our members in the areas of nutrition, access to prescription medication (if indicated by doctor), exercise, sleep, social support, mental health, and daily habits. All programs are custom-tailored for each member to achieve sustainable and healthy weight loss.

Prevalence of obesity and overweight are increasing at an alarming rate in our society. Current weight management practices are mostly ineffective with their narrow and outdated approaches. At Reform, we provide a modern approach to weight loss with the belief of sustainable weight loss is more complex than just having the willpower to eat less and move more. Our goal is to improve society’s overall wellbeing by making evidence-based weight loss treatments accessible and affordable.
