RecoMend

RecoMend connects Leeds homeowners with vetted, trusted local repair contractors, removing the stress, delays, and uncertainty that often come with finding reliable tradespeople.

Home repairs shouldn’t mean chasing quotes, waiting for callbacks, or wondering who you’re letting into your home. RecoMend provides a simple, transparent way to report a repair and have a qualified local contractor contact you directly.

Every contractor in our network is carefully vetted before joining and is held to a strict code of conduct. We check relevant insurance, qualifications, and experience, and we continuously monitor performance through homeowner feedback to maintain high standards.

For homeowners, our service is free to use. There’s no obligation to proceed until you’re happy with the on-site assessment and the options presented. Contractors assess the issue and explain the cost of a repair, replacement, or upgrade before any work begins, allowing you to make an informed decision.

RecoMend also stays involved throughout the process. We track response times, follow up after works are completed, and gather feedback to ensure the job was carried out professionally and fairly.

Starting in Leeds, RecoMend is focused on building a trusted, local network of reliable contractors and delivering a better repair experience for homeowners — one job at a time.
