Ravara

Consulting service for the study of automation software solutions for complex industrial processes. Support in the design of automation solutions for automatic systems that also involve complex safety and movement problems. Consultancy in debugging software problems on existing implants.

Large experience in full software development on Siemens S7 PLC/HMI from the new series S7-1500 and S7-1200 up to the old series S7-300 and S7-200.

Varied experience in motion software development with Codesys IDE which also involves the resolution of complex motion issues (for example on linear or non-linear electronic cams for the synchronization of two or more brushless motors). Great experience of working on the servo drives of main manufactures: Control Techniques, Siemens and SEW Eurodrive.

Custom electronics hardware and firmware design focused on embedded systems. Complete design: schematics, PCB layout and microcontroller firmware development.

Design of embedded systems using 32-bit Cortex microcontrollers. Some application: PLC/HMI-like custom solution for automation, very low power embedded systems, radio frequency communication, low cost centered desing for mass production, and more.
