RACV

Become part of an iconic, purpose-driven organisation that gives you the chance to challenge yourself, with rewarding work and opportunities that create an impact beyond your role.

Join RACV if you want to help improve lives in the areas of home, energy, motoring & mobility, and leisure. Your personality will be welcomed, and you’ll work with people who care, in a role where you can make a difference and have room to grow.

Whether you’re providing roadside assistance to those in need, installing smart solar solutions, creating memorable experiences at our clubs and resorts, or designing products and services in one of our two corporate offices — we have people and policies to support you, and benefits you’ll use.

The journey so far

Since 1903, RACV has been one of Australia’s most trusted brands and is the largest member organisation in Victoria. We’re famous for not letting people down and we’re not about to stop.

Our values — innovation, accountability, care, and team — guide us to ensure we’re there for our customers, members, and our wider community.

As Victoria’s largest member organisation, we advocate on issues on behalf of our over 2.2 million members. We partner with organisations that are improving lives. Together we are making communities stronger.

We’re proud to offer the kind of opportunities only a diverse business can provide. If you’re interested, we’re looking for the best and brightest minds to join the next chapter.
