What the systems cover:

Inline quality control. Quatromatic operates as an inline quality control system — every unit is inspected directly on the moving conveyor at full line speed, using computer vision and laser scanning. The system detects surface defects, geometry deviations, cracks, chips, and density non-compliance — logging each result with a timestamp and visual confirmation. No sampling. No offline checks. No end-of-line inspection.

Downtime monitoring. Every line stoppage is recorded automatically — time, duration, and frequency. Data is available per shift and over time, making it straightforward to identify recurring causes and track whether interventions are working.

Production performance tracking. Live data on output per hour, shift totals, reject rates, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness). The dashboard gives plant managers and production supervisors an accurate picture of line performance without relying on manual counts or operator estimates.

Automated production reporting. Shift and daily reports are generated directly from production data — timestamped, accurate, and consistent across shifts. Replaces manual logs and removes variability in how performance is recorded.
