PUSULA USV

Pusula USV is a student engineering team at Gazi University developing unmanned surface vehicles and autonomous systems. Our mechanical, electronics, software, and operations teams work together throughout the development process, from design and manufacturing to system integration and field testing.

We focus on hull design, computer vision, sensor integration, autonomous navigation, and control systems, turning our engineering knowledge into working solutions.

In our debut at the TEKNOFEST Unmanned Surface Vehicle Competition, we placed fifth nationally and received the “Most Original Design” award presented by ASELSAN and ASFAT. We also represented Türkiye and Gazi University at an international competition in Norway.

Guided by our motto, “Yol ve Yön” — “Path and Direction” — we aim to develop original solutions for maritime technologies and gain experience through collaborative engineering. We welcome partnerships with organizations, researchers, and aspiring engineers who share this ambition.
