İstanbul Ticaret Üniversitesi öğrencileri tarafından kurulan Pulsar Team, Tübitak tarafından düzenlenen Efficiency Challenge Elektrikli Araç Yarışları kapsamında proje geliştirerek çalışmalarına başlamıştır. Daha sonra proje yelpazesini genişleterek daha çok proje geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.
Yarışmaya Elektromobil kategorisinde SPARK adındaki aracıyla katılacaktır.
