Proud Engineers

Proud Engineers assists governments and large corporations in solving complex challenges and building an inspiring digital future.

Based in Estonia – widely recognized as the world’s most advanced digital nation – our country allows online voting, three-minute tax declarations, and offers e-residency for managing EU businesses from anywhere.

Building a digital society is challenging, but you're not alone. At Proud Engineers, we're dedicated to driving global digital transformation by being your partner in innovation, strategy, and governance. Whether launching new systems or enhancing existing ones, we're here to support your digital journey. Our services range from digital readiness assessments to in-depth, continuous consultancy.

Led by Taavi Kotka, engineer and Estonia’s first Chief Information Officer, our team includes the architects of Estonia’s digital transformation. They pioneered e-residency, automatic tax-fraud detection, the world's first data embassy, and a no-legacy policy.

We bring our passion and expertise to deliver inspiring results.
