Founded by Michael Stevenson, Promoting Change is a Community Interest Company dedicated to transforming lives and strengthening communities across the UK.

Drawing from my own life journey and experiences, I set up this organisation as my way of giving back — having seen first‑hand how the right support and opportunity can change a future, and how barriers can hold people back.

We support ex‑offenders through rehabilitation, providing career advice, practical skills training and access to work placements, experience and employment — because we believe no‑one should be defined by their past, only by their potential.

We partner with businesses, professionals, prison staff and probation services to create real opportunities and lasting change. This is just the start — we have many more projects planned to break down barriers and build brighter futures.
