Procudan

Procudan are experts in ingredients and packaging, and we believe that value is co-created.

At Procudan, we have a special capability and desire to learn about the business of our customers and partners. With insight, respect, and a proactive approach, we are able to increase the efficiency and value of the whole process from farm to table. From raw materials to the finished product. This is known as supply chain management, however, our customers rarely operate in a straightforward and linear world. Their world is often complex and multidimensional, and it requires close and open collaboration to find the right solutions.

Our approach adds and frees resources in our customers' everyday lives. This could be for example additional procurement competencies, less administration of suppliers, flexible storage and production capacity, customized logistics, and risk management of critical raw materials focusing on securing supplies. All deliveries are covered by high-quality standards and documentation and easily outlined at our customer portal My Procudan. Our unique overall solution we call "Single Point Sourcing". Knowledge sharing and new trends forecast is also part of our business foundation. We bring creative and competent R&D capabilities from our international partner network, and project resources for operation and implementation. This way, we partner with our customers in both optimizing existing food products and developing new ones.

We are driven by our values, being proactive and thereby giving our customers an experience that exceeds expectations. Based on a thriving culture, we show respect and are efficient in each collaboration.

We are passionate about going the extra mile to get from good to best, and we want to be the strategic development partner for our customers and suppliers. We do that by prioritizing solutions over products and value over price. That’s how we work together to develop the best and most valuable solutions.
