ProConsulting was founded in 2004. aiming at supporting its clients in organisational, leadership and team development. Our key business strategy is to provide high quality service focusing on developmental projects.In order to provide such high level service we decided that our business model should be gathering free lance consultants, proven experts in the respective fields, who are project based organized. Ivanka Novaković is the founder, director and leading consultant in ProConsulting. She is an organizational and leadership development consultant, author, trainer and coach (ICF ACC) with 18 years of experience.

After mastering psychology Ivanka started her career in Coca-Cola system working on strategic people development, training curriculum development and performance systems implementation. Following that, she moved into HR director position in the brewing company.

Finally, in 2004. she decided to start consultancy career and founded ProConsulting.
