Through our experienced and dynamic team, we place our ethos of “property management, properly done” at the heart of everything we do, striving to make a positive difference every day.

We manage more than 26,000 homes across the country, encompassing modern apartment buildings, traditional blocks of flats, mixed-use developments, private housing estates and private rented sector (PRS) and build-to-rent (BTR) developments. We also manage portfolios of rented residential and commercial properties on behalf of landlords, alongside a small commercial property management portfolio and approximately 700 let and managed units.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are corporate members of The Property Institute (TPI), reflecting our commitment to professional standards, strong governance and delivering a high-quality service to our clients and customers.
