Primus Immobilien AG

PRIMUS, lat: the first – know-how and experience are our cornerstones for realizing the highest quality standards. Since our start-up in 1993, we have been in the market as project developers with more than 70 employees. As a medium-sized company with more than 250 realised projects we enjoy an excellent reputation.

Anyone wishing to develop habitats of sustainable value must think beyond the horizon of their own creative work. This is our principle with every property. With the knowledge gained from 27 years of project experience and with a view to future generations, we construct buildings of above-average quality for demanding clients. We have focused on the following:

Residential properties Old building, new building: owner-occupied and rented apartments

Commercial real estate: retail, office, hotel

Holiday properties for rent and for own use

To create “buildings for generations” is our mission. Only those who are able to meet – and even exceed – the exclusive wishes of their customers can guarantee value over decades. Architecture that endures regardless of the spirit of the times forms the basis for this. Therefore, cooperation with good and renowned architects is an important part of our work. Depending on the location and target groups, the range of styles varies between modern and timeless and classic and elegant.

The quality of our buildings is an essential unique selling point on the German real estate market. This claim does not only refer to an extraordinary construction quality of architecture, interior design, garden and landscape architecture and technical building equipment, but begins already in the planning and project management.
