Prevention Access Campaign

Prevention Access Campaign (PAC) is the global health advocacy organization that founded the Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) movement, transforming HIV prevention, treatment, and stigma worldwide.

PAC leads a global movement that translates science into action. We ensure that people living with HIV, healthcare providers, policymakers, and communities have access to accurate, life-changing information about U=U.

Our work is grounded in three core pillars:

Advocacy

As the founder of U=U, PAC drives global advocacy to establish U=U as both a human rights and public health priority. We mobilize partners, influence policy, and amplify the voices of people living with HIV to advance stigma-free, evidence-based responses.

Training and Capacity Building

Through U=U University, our flagship learning platform, we equip healthcare workers, advocates, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to deliver clear, confident, and stigma-free U=U messaging. Our approach is evidence-based, adaptable, and designed for real-world application across diverse settings.

Implementation and Scale

We work alongside partners, including ministries of health, community networks, and global organizations, to integrate U=U into programs, services, and systems. From clinic-level communication to national strategies, we support scalable and sustainable implementation that improves outcomes across the HIV care continuum.
