Potlikker Capital

Potlikker Capital is a nationally focused charitable loan fund supporting historically underserved producers and processors who have been systematically excluded from access to financial capital. We provide patient, flexible, and relationship-centered financing designed to strengthen enterprise viability and community self-determination.

Our work integrates three pillars—capital, capacity, and connection—to align investment with local realities and community priorities. By pairing accessible capital with technical assistance and collaborative partnerships, we help create the conditions for equitable participation in food and land economies.

Potlikker Capital’s mission is rooted in justice, resilience, and regeneration. We believe the future of food depends on communities’ ability to steward their own resources, build interdependence, and thrive on their own terms.
