Porto Montenegro

Located in the UNESCO World Heritage Bay of Kotor, Porto Montenegro is the Mediterranean’s leading luxury waterfront destination, combining a world-class superyacht marina, vibrant residential community, and hospitality, dining, retail, and leisure experiences.

Established in 2009, Porto Montenegro has grown into a full-service marina and residential village. Our 500+ home-port berths accommodate yachts up to 250 m, with an anticipated capacity of 850 upon completion. The Platinum Award-winning marina is home to the Porto Montenegro Yacht Club and Sports Club, alongside premium amenities.

At the heart of Porto Montenegro is its international community of Portonians, bringing together residents, yacht owners, visitors, and professionals. The residential community spans South Village and Boka Place, offering luxury homes and an international lifestyle with easy access to the marina, waterfront, dining, retail, wellness, and leisure.

Set along the marina waterfront, South Village blends Mediterranean charm with the five-star Regent Hotel, renowned dining, and international fashion and lifestyle brands, while Boka Place brings a contemporary energy focused on wellness and modern living, with residences, cafés, boutiques, a cinema, and SIRO by Kerzner International.

The next chapter is Vero & Versa, a new residential offering in the heart of Porto Montenegro, bringing contemporary Mediterranean living with wellness facilities, pools, retail, dining and access to a wider community.

Formerly a historic naval base, Porto Montenegro was transformed by internationally recognised architects and designers. Adriatic Marinas d.o.o., the owner, developer, and operator of Porto Montenegro, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD).
