Founded by 3 food engineers in Istanbul in 1997, Polen Gıda is today a part of the Martin Braun Group under the umbrella of the Gw. Oetker Group which includes the sub-brands as Vizyon, Eurozyme, Exper Gold, Vizyon Select, Polenzyme, Revizyon, Pastry Chef and Vizyon Easy. While our wide product range includes more than 800 varieties with the production lines in Istanbul Esenyurt, Tekirdağ Ergene European Free Zone and Çorlu Türkgücü factories include "Flour Improvers, Enzymes, Pastry, Bakery, Industrial Food and Chocolate Products"; The trade we actively do with more than 60 countries in the global market is a reflection of our increasing power in sales and market is a reflection of our increasing power in sales and marketing.
