Robots are already here; what is still missing is the systems that can run them. At POLCERO, the Polish Robotics Center, we build that missing layer: autonomy that lets a machine see, make decisions, and act without constant human supervision.

Rather than integrating other people's ideas, we design and manufacture our own robots in Poland, built on a modular platform with a family of interchangeable chassis (wheel-leg hybrid WL4, wheeled W4, quadruped Q4, tracked T6) and a shared AI brain that learns from every deployment. Task modules swap like tools, so a single platform can take on many trades: harvesting crops, transporting, inspecting, and manipulating objects.

The same AI brain also goes into off-the-shelf humanoid and quadruped robots, including platforms like Unitree or Boston Dynamics, turning them into autonomous workers that walk, watch, analyze, report, and keep sites safe across manufacturing, construction, logistics, security, and defense.

We also build special-purpose machines with robotic arms and complete production lines, and we automate entire companies from the front office to the factory floor, combining AI systems, agents, and integrations into solutions that deliver up to 40% efficiency gains. Before any solution reaches a client, it is tested in our own R&D facility, because we prefer to deliver proof before making promises.

We are a team of sixteen experts, including engineers building solutions for humanoid robots, finalists of an international humanoid robotics tournament in Shenzhen, and people with backgrounds at global technology companies. Together with academic centers, we are helping build Poland's robotics ecosystem.
