1-Project management

We assist in deciding on the project management methodology by considering many factors such as project teams and competencies, budget, time plan, project scope, executive management support, possible risks, and we manage the projects in accordance with the project management principles, such as delivering the projects on time and within budget and we report the progress to the executive management.

2-Project-based company representation

In order to manage the projects of our customers on a project basis, we get involved in their internal organizations with the responsibility of team coordination, work/process improvements, responsibility follow-ups, direct communication with the project business partner, and reporting to the executive management.

3- Brokerage and quality assurance services

With more than 15 years of experience, we provide solutions to our customers' sourcing needs and support the progress of new business relationships. At the same time, we provide project quality assurance services when deemed necessary in accordance with the milestones of the project.
