PMDL Architecture + Design

Our practice is built around three fundamental tenets:

• We think before we draw

• We work to your outcomes, not our agenda

• We value a learning culture and bring cross-disciplinary experience to every project

PMDL is an international architecture, interior design and masterplanning studio creating thoughtful, considered places that support people, communities and organisations.

We combine strategic thinking, creativity and technical expertise to bridge the gap between vision and realisation. Through a collaborative and people-focused approach, we deliver design solutions that respond to complex challenges and create lasting value for our clients.

For more than 30 years, we have partnered with clients across education, workplace, commercial, hospitality, living and community sectors, helping shape environments that enrich experiences and contribute positively to the built environment.

With studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong and Hong Kong, our multidisciplinary team brings diverse perspectives, specialist expertise and a shared commitment to design excellence. Together, we create meaningful places that are enduring, impactful and uniquely responsive to the people who use them.
