PlotPoint is a fast, direct bridging lender for property investors, developers, landlords and the brokers who represent them.

We lend against residential, mixed use and commercial property across England, up to 75% LTV and £1.5m. Loans are for business purposes only.

For borrowers

Auction purchases, chain breaks, light refurbishment, refinancing an expiring facility or releasing capital for the next project. You'll get indicative terms from a decision-maker, not a committee, with pricing set out in full before you commit. We underwrite the property and the exit, and if a deal isn't for us we'll tell you quickly so you can move on.

For brokers and intermediaries

We want your cases and we'll treat them properly. That means:
