Platform

Platform builds the physical infrastructure that runs AI.

We are building a vertically integrated UK infrastructure business spanning hyperscale campuses, distributed regional deployments and microscale infrastructure at the network edge.

Infrastructure at every scale.

• Hyperscale — 20MW–100MW+ campuses for high-density AI compute, training, HPC and large-scale inference.

• Distributed — 500kW–5MW deployments at suitable locations where power and connectivity already exist.

• Microscale — 20kW–500kW infrastructure positioned closer to users, devices and data.

Our approach is simple: take compute to power.

We bring the infrastructure lifecycle together through three complementary capabilities:

Platform DC — development, deployment and data centre operations.

Platform Modular — design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly and factory testing.

Platform FM — facilities management, planned and reactive maintenance, engineering and lifecycle support.

Develop. Design. Manufacture. Deploy. Operate. Maintain.

One organisation. One delivery chain. One point of accountability.

Our mission is to build the infrastructure platform that runs AI, with UK design, manufacturing, operational and maintenance capability at its core.

Bank Quay in Warrington is our flagship hyperscale development, bringing our approach to brownfield regeneration and phased infrastructure delivery into practice.

We aim to create lasting local value through local supply chains, skilled employment, training and community investment.
